AISyCom 2020
AISyCom 2020 carries the theme "Digital Technology for Accounting Information System"
Master of Applied Accounting Information Systems study program held the 1st Accounting Information System Competition in April 2020 for undergraduate students from economics and management major. The 1st AISyCom 2020 theme is “Digital Technology for Accounting Information System”. Dozens of participants from various universities in Indonesia have participated in this event.
The first competition category is the Accounting Information System Video Challenge which allow individual or teams to present the accounting process as learning media in the form of videos. At that time we are face the early stages of pandemic. Students with all their ideas and creativity produce interesting works such as using Enterprise Resource Planning to support the company's procurement process. Meanwhile, other teams that raises the Production System and Internal Control System for company security and so on.
The second competition is the Accounting Information System Simulation Competition for students from the Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business and Management disciplines. Each team consistes of three students. In the preliminary round, each team took a quiz by answering several questions related to the accounting system. The twenty-one teams with the best scores advance to the semifinals. Each team will be given case study questions related to the accounting cycle. The five best teams will go to the final round which every team will be asked case studies questions about the use or development of applications and technology in the field of Accounting Information Systems.
